​I often connect with nature through photography. I document things that interest and inspire me using analogue photography. I enjoy using film for the textures and colours it provides; I find that the analogue process adds a lot of personality to the photos. Furthermore, Film photography allows me to shoot without fixating on getting the perfect photo.
My photography is what starts my idea generation for my illustrations. And my love for analogue image-making continues into my illustration process. Painting and making are my favourite ways to create. I want to show others how I see nature in hopes that they may start to view it in a similar way. I make merch that shows the beauty and complexity that I see in my natural environment; I hope for others to start to see how lovely our earth is.​​

Hi, I'm abi, and I’m an illustrator and artist.
My main interests are nature and wildlife, particularly connecting with them. I love to interact with and experience the outdoors. I find it really beautiful and inspiring.

With growing cities and technology, it’s becoming increasingly difficult to experience true wild environments. I view the natural world in a very loving way and want to express this through my work.
I create children’s illustrative content, such as picture books and activity books, to introduce children to their natural environment. I grew up seeing and interacting with nature all the time, and I want to create content for children today to experience that as well.
